"Pros: The staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and to assist in any way they could. A special thank you to the chef of the Pub/Restaurant who cooked a superb meal for us when we did not have a booking, and to the staff who assisted and translated for us. It was one of the best meals we had in Japan and a fantastic experience. Thank you all very much. The location is excellent with views of the mountains and river, and car parking on site. It is very close to the beautiful shops which were fun to explore. The Onsen's were great and very clean, with indoor and outdoor options. We would love to return!" ~Hill
