"Pros: Very clean, owner very accommodating and helpful, answers questions quickly. Nice big two story home. Nearby free parking by lot (we had minivan so couldn’t park in front of the home). Owner gave us coupon to hot spring bath house about 5min away. Close to fish market so we went there for breakfast. It was 40-50F so she provided heater stoves all around the home. Thick futon blankets which was really warm. 2 beds downstairs, 2 beds and 2 futon upstairs. I think you can fit more since there’s an extra kids room and living room. Had kotatsu in the living room! Cons: The stairs did not have side rails. I was with 3 seniors above 70, one could not do the stairs so I’m glad there was a bedroom downstairs, but the home has some places you have to step over, so had to be careful not to trip. The tub is deep, we did not use it because we went to the onsen bath house 5min drive, but I don’t know if I can climb out of it…" ~Shiomi
