"Pros: The staff are very polite and helpful. We received free vending machine drink tokens for each night of our stay. The room size was great, bigger than usual Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen was a big plus, was nice to soak after each day. The included breakfast was very good, a little different each day with was nice. A variety of restaurants along the street, all walkable distance and there is also a Lawson convenience store just outside too. Cons: The hotel itself is fantastic! The location is a little out the way, if travelling by public transport you will have to rely on using the buses. There are multiple nearby bus stops but be aware they may come at infrequent intervals especially during the weekends. If not it is about 30 mins walk to Isehara train station." ~Kelly
