"Pros: The staff far exceeded expectations by coming out to greet us as we drove in and coming out to wave goodbye as we departed. That alone makes us want to stay there again. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the onsen baths were very nice as well. We didn’t eat there, so can’t vouch for that one way or another. It was very quiet when we were there midweek." ~Robert
