"Pros: Stylish for a business hotel. Decent soundproofing. Five minutes walk to the station, so convenient for a one night stay. Good value (if you can get a good deal). Staff were pleasant and efficient. Cons: Tourists staying for longer than one night would be better off in Hatchobori, as there's little of interest in the immediate vicinity. There's a construction site at the back of the hotel at time of writing. The room is a typically cramped Japanese business hotel room with a tiny plastic bathroom. It's supposed to be 14sq metres, but that seems an ambitious measurement that includes the bathroom. It's more like 10-11sq metres. Pretty much no room to move around or open a case. While the onsen is nice to have, as it's a business hotel it's extremely busy in the mornings for men." ~James
