"Pros: A modern hotel with a good sized room. Located next to the Kuma river the room had a beautiful view of the river which was ideal for a walk or run along it. There was free parking at the hotel if you arrive by car. The staff was always smiling, friendly and helpful. There are drinks machines located on several floors. Cons: The duvet consisted of two parts; the duvet itself and a separate sheet under it. As the duvet was rather smooth and inflexible, when you moved only the sheet followed and quickly got all crumbled up; very annoying. Would suggest replacing the sheet with a duvet cover." ~Martin
