"Pros: Jordy and Eriko are great hosts, very knowledgeable about the island with useful guidance for activities and restaurants in English, French and Japanese. Jordy even brought us some fresh organic tomatoes from their farm. The property overlooks the sea and the beach is a few steps down, secluded at high tide but opens up for long scenic walks as the tide recedes. The waters are calm even on windy days as the waves break on a reef far offshore. There a quite a few good local restaurants close by. The property is centrally located from where you can reach almost any point on the island in a maximum of 30 drive. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, kayaks, bicycles, small catamaran, snorkeling equipment, rash guards and beach footwear are conveniently available. We really enjoyed our stay at Oceanos and will book again when we return to Ishigakijima" ~Andrius

"Pros: Everything! The garden and rooms with Tatami were my favourite. Cons: Nothing. It is good to know is that you definitely need a car to reach this place and go around to towns and spots around." ~Stefano
