"Pros: It was on a quiet part of the island but yet very close to Kabira Bay and some of the other beautiful beaches and destination points. It’s very quaint and boutique-y with lots of neat little touches. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will to help with anything (they helped us with making dinner reservations) and offer recommendations.
Cons: We understand the reason for why they need 48 hours notice if you want breakfast/dinner (not a lot of staff and they need time to prepare) but wish this notice time was a little shorter, maybe 24 hours instead. We would’ve loved to try the food at the hotel but only had 3 days there and didn’t give enough days’ notice because we weren’t even sure we were going to make it to Ishigaki because of the typhoon and on the 3rd day, we checked out early."
