From JR Tsuyama Train Station, the ryokan is a 60-minute bus ride away. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and a seating area. Each also comes with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, Yukata robes and a green tea set. A toilet, free toiletries and a hairdryer are available in rooms. At Okutsusou Ryokan, guests can relax in the hot spring baths, which is open 24/7; get a soothing massage; or take a leisurely stroll in the garden. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking and fishing. The property also offers free parking. Japanese-style breakfast and dinner featuring locally grown rice and fresh ingredients are served at the 2 dining rooms, Karin and Yamaboshi. Okutsu Valley, where guests can enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves, is located a 10-minute walk away. Okutsu Lake can be driven to within 20 minutes.
