"Pros: The grounds were incredibly beautiful. I felt like I was in Hawaii! (Except it was a bit colder.) The views from our room were amazing. We loved the onsen, especially the large onsen. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and functional. Cons: We didn't have the opportunity to try the Italian restaurant, which was only open on the weekend for us. No lunch service on weekdays. It was just "full Japanese" breakfast and dinner on both days. We went offsite for lunch, a 15 minute walk." ~Lisa
