"Pros: The member of staff working on the desk was very helpful and showed me where I could store my bike. I had also hurt my hand and the staff went out of their way to help me - brining me ice packs and giving me directions for the nearest hospital. Cons: My room was a smoking room which I wasn’t expecting and the lingering smell of cigarettes was unpleasant" ~Ronniekites
