"Pros: Excellent room, great view of the snow capped mountains, most revitalizing onsen and excellent meals. Hotel perfectly accommodated to our dietary requirements. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Bathroom could improve in terms of (1) bath should be filled with hot spring prior to guest arrival. It does take a long time to fill the bath with hot spring." ~Mahmad
