"Pros: We loved our stay at Kaname Inn. Great location and right in the middle of shopping/walking street. The staff are superb! The ladies in front desk are so knowledgeable and friendly and greeted us each morning to wish us a nice day. They answered all of our queries about things to do in the area and gave clear instructions on where to find ceramics and art galleries. Also communicated with Soyu to arrange a wonderful tea ceremony. The evenings were relaxing spent listening to great music and eating delicious shared plates and the red wine was divine! We are so grateful to have stayed at Kaname and definitely recommend a stay here." ~Julie
