"Pros: We loved the traditional atmosphere while everything was very nicely renovated and still had a modern touch. The location was perfect and we had everything we need in the house. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, responsive and helpful. Thank you so much. Cons: Since we’ve visited in the end of November it got a little cold and it’s an old house with Tatami and Futon only, so it was a little difficult to heat it up and stay warm at night but there are heaters and we slept in long flannel Pyjamas, so it was really okay." ~Limor

"Pros: The location was great. Close to the Higashi Chaya historical district. The interior was very nice and gave a feeling of being in a traditional Japanese home with the added comforts of air con and induction stoves. The district was super quiet and private. The staff was quick to replace a faulty microwave while we were out the next day. Cons: It's a bit far grom from the Kanazawa station (taxi was about 1300 yen). We were there in late March and it was quite cold inside the house. We had to run the AC and the space heater in the bathroom non stop if we were home. Communication with the staff was also a bit choppy. We wanted to check in early to put our daughter down for a nap at 13:30, but we're refused because "cleaning might still be ongoing". Ended up waiting outside the apartment for over an hour before I heard back from them saying that it's empty and I can self-check in." ~Zielinski
