"Pros: When we arrived, the staff was already at the accommodations to explain the checking process and the house rules. They were attentive and very responsive. The house is well-equipped with amenities, such as heated floors, which were really pleasant. The hinoki soaking tub and sauna were also great luxury features to melt away the winter chill. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The house is within walking distance of many local sights, shops, and restaurants. The house had a modern yet traditional aesthetic, making it a unique and relaxing vacation home. We had also booked a private tea ceremony session at the home, which was arranged through the company.
