"Pros: The hotel location is just an easy flat 6 min walk from the JR shinkansrn station.
It's a lovely little hotel with new facilities, and the hot water pressure through the rain shower is excellent.
I had the family toom, which was very spacious. The free breakfast was nasic, but very sufficient.
And on top of it all, the staff eas ALWAYS courteous and helpful, ftom having our room key ready when we returned before we even asked, and providing color prints of nus schedules and recommendations.
I can't recommend Hotel Rosso enough for a stay in Karuizawa.
