"Pros: Staff were friendly, the lobby was a very comfortable place to wait in and the location for the airport was good. Cons: An annex room requires a bit of walking from reception. The walkway to the annex is totally covered so no need to go outside but if you have a lot of luggage / mobility issues the main building might be better for a room." ~Glenn

"Pros: The accommodation provided all necessary amenities for our stay in Kyushu with energetic children. The second floor was fully equipped with a laundry machine, refrigerator, oven toaster, microwave, two toilets (!), and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, with evening discount sales beginning at 7pm, cheap and yummy dinner done. Cons: None" ~Tomomi
