"Pros: The staff were very welcoming and helped us find somewhere to eat, which was difficult out of season and on a Monday evening when most places are closed. The typical Japanese room, with tatami matting and futon beds, was very comfortable. Good instructions were provided for the onsen, which was on the top floor and a great place to relax after walking all day" ~Karen

"Pros: Breakfast was ginormous, lots of varied dishes I couldn't finish it all even though it was delicious. Baths were beautiful and clean. Huuuuge TV. Cons: Only downside was that room was across the road from the main building. Not really an issue but some people might want to know." ~Nichola
