"Pros: Value for money. The hotel is nice, spacious rooms, very friendly and assisting staffs, clean, easy walkable access to malls and train stations. The staffs was very helpful. My sister left her phone at the lobby couch only to realize it after we checked into another place in Osaka. She called the reception and her phone is still there after more than 2 hours! Good honest people these Japanese. The receptionist kept her phone until we got there to get it back. Thank you thank you thank you."
