"Pros: The owner was very welcoming and accommodating! I had an overnight bus at midnight and checkout was obviously hours before that, so I left my luggage at the hostel to explore the rest of Kobe and kill some time, which also resulted in my phone battery dying with no other facilities to charge. So, when I went back to the hostel, the owner was very kind to let me charge my phone. The general facilities are quite female-friendly, so to speak - there are dedicated female-only facilities. The place is within walkable distance from Oishi station, which is only a few stops from Kobe-Sannomiya and Motomachi. It's also conveniently accessible to transports for Mt Rokko, which also leads to Arima Onsen. Overall, the hostel is decently quiet and definitely worth a bang for its buck given it's more of a residential area, so expect it to be less bustling than the main city area.
