"Pros: It was clean, they provided feather-less duvet, mattress, pillow, the staff were very nice and helpful (they lent me a phone charger), my room had a pleasant view. Cons: The carpet was very tired, the mattress had a bit of a shape (though it was hardish), the TV didn't have any USB ports (so I couldn't charge my phone - the converter I brought didn't work in Japan), I could not pay with a contactless visa card." ~S
