"Pros: I think that for a guesthouse it met all of my expectations. The curtains were very good at keeping out the light in the communal room, and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy for Japanese and English speakers and perhaps additional languages provided. Cons: The check-in process did not involve any human staff, so there were complications for speakers who did not speak the languages offered by the automated service. So there was a mixup with all of the beds in my room upon check-in. In general, it would have been nice to have human staff to speak to about the area, but the tourist informatino center was fortunately not far away." ~Diana
