"Pros: The staff were lovely, the hotel try and do everything they can for you. Everyone was so kind, especially night staff. We just wanted somewhere to stay so we could explore Komatsu and it was perfect for that. Even if we didn't have a hire car, Komatsu station is at the end of the street. The futons in the family room were more comfortable than the western beds we have stayed in. Cons: It is a very simple hotel so don't expect to have normal amenities. They try to make up for it (having snack foods and drinks for purchases and giving free crossaint packages each day) but it isn't a full fledged hotel. More like a motel." ~Kirsty
