"Pros: This guest house is perfectly suited for those seeking company and eager to meet people. For example, shared breakfasts and evening meals were organised by the staff each day of my stay for those willing to join, the latter usually followed by discussion or games up to bedtime. I left this Japanese traditional house with the feeling to have shared a few days with old friends I hadn't met in a while."

"Pros: The inn was an old traditional Japanese building. It was a unique space and a good experience. Some rooms have tatami mats.
It was interesting to see large boats coming and going on the sea in front of us.
Near the inn, there is a walking trail and an old town. It is a maze of narrow streets where people still live and greet the elderly people they meet. When you reach the top of the hill, you can see a wide view and even the city of Hiroshima.
Nearby is an old sake brewery where we were able to sample various flavors of sake.
Cons: The disadvantage is that it took more than one hour one way from Hiroshima City. However, we were able to use boats as well as trains, so the trip was enjoyable. We were also able to take a day trip to Rabbit Island, which is located on the other side of Hiroshima City.
Also, there are not many restaurants near the inn. So we ate in the city before leaving."
