"Pros: The location is excellent, there is a little hidden entry which allows you easy access to the centre of town. There are multiple Onsen Options available to guests. The restaurant is Buffet style, which means that for someone like me, who doesn't like fish, I could eat things I did like with no issues at all, and not having to bother the staff with trying to change my meal options to accommodate. Plus the food was all delicious. The staff were all very lovely, and very friendly, they spoke basic English, but did so very well. Cons: No shuttle from the station, so you have to either pay for a taxi or walk, which is not the worst as it is not terribly far, but can be a little difficult with luggage. If you are not used to sleeping on Futon bedding, it can be a little uncomfortable, but that is a problem for me, not for the hotel itself." ~Nicole
