"Pros: There is nothing I can say bad about this place. After a full on year, this is what the doctor prescribed. The reception was amazing, so down to earth and helpful. Close to everything 5 minute walk to the outdoor onsen, their own onsen was superb as well. I came in stressed and leaving like a new person. I can not say enough positive things about the friendliness and assistance provided. Even helped me plan trip back to Takasaki on a weekend, which is a little more difficult. "Pros: The performance at 20:15 was wonderful. Baths were very clean and the water was lovely. Buffet dinner was delicious. There are massage chairs at the bathhouse resting area, water dispensers and ice lollies. Cons: The room is large but sectioned into three tiny rooms that felt small. The toilet in our room was not clean. There was green slime next to the tap at the sink. A lot of the warm foods were cold in the morning buffet and only one (french toast) was freshly made. There was no private bath to use with family members." ~Riikka
