"Pros: Atmosphere and staff were excellent. The private onsen and shuttle bus into town was very nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Just stay away from the overpriced dinner. If the food was better, it would have been a A+ experience. (the nighttime free roman was a great idea) Cons: The dinner. For the price was honestly horrible. Basically, it was Leftovers from the breakfast buffet. The duck and prime rib were not very good. They also only severed one small bottle of water for two of us that we pored ourselves (a nice restaurant the server would pour the drinks). We had to ask for a second bottle and eventually we just got up and got our own bottle of water. - The bed is a bit hard, this made it a bit difficult to sleep but the room was nice" ~Michael
