"Pros: The hotel is very new - it does not even appear yet on some Google Maps renditions and address searches. The facility is top notch in terms of the quality of the overall finishing, cleanliness and proximity to the ski slopes. The access to the ski resorts is excellent: there is a ski equipment locker room where one can store ski equipment, get changed for snow sports and access the slopes directly from there (and it can be reached again easily by skiing in from the slopes). The hotel has good overall facilities. There are two good restaurants at the hotel (Italian and Japanese - Sukiyaki/Shabu Shabu). Cons: The public onsen is nice but has no windows, which is a bit of a downer considering the missed opportunity. The two hotel restaurants are both quite expensive. There is a lounge for chilling out but does not offer coffee, bar services or refreshments, which would have been a nice addition - we had to walk to other places for such 'chilling out' options." ~Livio
