"Pros: Good and cozy for small group about 5-6 peoples. Pleasant surroundings (quiet, not busy & crowded). Awesome complimentary coffee! Well facilitated kitchen, cookery and utensils except missing dishwasher. Friendly and helpful free shuttle service connecting to Hirafu Welcome Center on the days of check-in and check-out. Fast response to queries. Cons: Bad and awful smell from the drainage on the 1st floor bathroom. The water dripping noise from the air-vents in the bedroom was annoying and disturbing in the night when sleep. No dish-washer was provided. The ground floor radiator/heating was not fit up to the room/space size that cause the dryness problem of the snowboard gears and laundry, even very cold on the ground floor! No floor vacuum cleaning is provided on the housekeeping day. The lower unit of the bunk bed is just good fit for the kids, definitely not for adults, as adults can’t sit straight on the bed." ~Oi
