"Pros: Close to Nijo Castle and station Cons: No staff" ~Ben

"Pros: It is a very comfortable stay for me. The house is warm and cozy. I love the little garden and the hot bath after a long walking day. The location is great. Close to many great eatery. Ms Yamamoto even helped us to book for dinner. It is close to bus and close to train stations. Very convenient Cons: The toilet and bath rooms are on the lower floor. For me, it is not a problem. But for my husband, who has a bad knees, he would think this is the only minus point. There is no wardrobe in the room. So that we left luggages downstairs. It doesnt matter since the bathroom is downstairs anyway." ~Linh
