Established in 1887, Matsumoto Hotel Kagetsu is Matsumoto's oldest hotel. Building exterior, lobby, restaurants and shops have gone through renovation works in April 2016, and feature classic furnishings. Providing 24-hour front desk, it features a public bath, free-use bicycles and free property-wide WiFi. Well-appointed rooms come with both air conditioning and heating facilities. In-room conveniences include a fridge and a hairdryer. For leisure, guests can explore the town on a bike or enjoy massage services on request. Luggage storage and laundry services are available. Porter service is avaialble for guests staying in the annex building.
