"Pros: We loved our stay here. It was a a great area close to the trolley, Matsuyama Castle, a peaceful gorgeous park, restaurants, grocery stores, Dogo Onsen and a dope dance studio. They even offered us Jammies to wear, many amenities and changed our towels daily for no extra charge. The room was more spacious then many in Japan. The WiFi was strong. They had bikes to rent. The window had a pleasant city view and wasn’t blurred out like many Japanese hotel/hostel/home windows. The cleaning staff were friendlier than at many other places and spoke with us. It was a super clean space with a lovely long desk for working. Water pressure was fantastic. Warm and cozy place. Cons: Wish there were two chairs at the desk as we are two people. Wish there were more bikes to rent; there were only 2 and it’s the best way to see the city in our opinion!" ~Rae
