"Pros: Staffs very very good. Made sure that all your needs are seen to.. They helped park your car after unloading luggage.. .there's elevator so don't worry about climbing stairs... Jus at the side, there's exit to Ikaho steps. Hotel is situated around 165th steps ...this ikaho attraction has total 365steps.leading to a shrine at the top. Hotel location very good. Around midway. Meals were very good.. must try to book with meals included.. Customer satisfaction seemed to be their aim. Which makes them first class for taking care of every Customer. Cons: 1st night. The smell fr the meals preparation pantry( near my room ). "Caused whole room to smell.. Good of them to change us to a new room on the 2nd day.." ~Ng

"Pros: The location was great as it was close to a variety of shops and restaurants. The onsens were very relaxing, clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are a great size and very clean. The breakfast menu was delicious and served in a big dining room overlooking the beautiful autumn trees." ~Susan
