"Pros: Location is amazing and staff very helpful. There were so many pamphlets that I managed to organise my discovereis around the city even if I had very little planned beforehand. The staff is also available to help at take you somewhere if possible with their timing, I find it amazing. Cons: The short time for check in-check out and the no chance to leave the luggage there after or before these (because of absence of staff) it's something to keep in mind if you are a traveller on the move. There are coin lockers in the station but if your stay can keep the luggage when you aren't there it's saving money obviously. Just something to keep in mind." ~Giulia
