"Pros: From even before we arrived, everyone we spoke with from the ryokan was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, it was such a welcoming check in and very thorough. Our room was beyond what we expected, perfectly clean, much larger, great views, we couldn't ask for anything more. Our dinner and breakfast was beautiful and delicious, and the staff even helped me get a cake and local sake for my husband's birthday as a surprise! The onsen itself was perfect and so easy to operate. The location offered so much too that we loved exploring Mt. Aso and other local sites before we arrived. We wish we could've stayed even longer.

"Pros: Everything was perfection - starting from my arrival, public bathhouse experience, the cozy room, delicious dinner and breakfast and very kind staff members. The view of Mt. Aso from the third floor lookout and the footbath area is impeccable. Also, much special thanks to Mr. Isao Tsugayasu, who was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout the stay! He truly made our experience at Yumeshizuku unforgettable. Thank you so much again for your kindness and hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at Yumeshizuku in the nearest future.
