"Pros: Liked this hotel very much. Although the rooms and facilities are a bit old, the services aren’t. We liked the fact that the half board is buffet style. The buffet spread is very good. We enjoyed the strawberries feast, of various varieties from kumamoto. There’s also drinks areas at the lobby that we can get at any time. And a small stall for baked sweet potatoes after dinner.. so cool! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Onsen is good as well. Cons: Nothing." ~Adeline

"Pros: We arrived very late after check-in unfortunately and the gentleman who runs the show was a little annoyed but forgave us quickly and still was very helpful and kind even though it was late.
