"Pros: The staff of front desk is very nice and always full of passion. He tried his best to help us to solve the problem of dinner due to the system bugs of Booking.com.
Cons: We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons ( each room for 2 person) on the Booking.com, but the system of Booking.com always showed 2 rooms and each room for 1 person.
Caused that, we have sent 3 messages to the hotel's customer service via Booking.com system for explaining the situation and reminded them the problems, and made some modification of the dinner meal ingredients also. We received the confirmed reply from the hotel's customer service at last.
But here came the problem, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff of front desk seemed didn't receive the corrected messages from their customer service and the dinner meals were still just for 2 persons, not for 4 persons, and the meal ingredients which confirmed by the customer service still no any changed!
Thanks for the staffs cause they ( and the front desk) tried their best to help us to solve the problem caused by the customer service.
