"Pros: Targeted at local Japanese extended families. Cons: The room itself has little facilities; just a huge empty toom with a relatively ok view; the only plus side was that it was large enough to fit many people (good for big families). However the building was old and it showed; bathroom was small and old. Given that I paid almost 300sgd plus per person for a night it left much to be desired. There was little flexibility in terms of preparing a bento when needed to leave early. No service to speak of besides staff offering to take a photo unprpted at dinner. The buffet though a large selection did not have many well cooked dishes. Mostly seemed for mass crowd. The translated signs had a few glaring mistranslations and not much explanation of facilities and the parking attendent did not even try to help once he found out there was a language barrier. If I did not pay so much to stay.... This might have been acceptable but the price point was entirely not worth it and will not be repurchasing." ~Alicia
