A 10-minute drive from Sunayama Beach and a 12-minute drive from Miyako Airport, Hotel Peace Island is centrally located on the island's main street. It offers free Wi-Fi at the lobby and has a microwave, a fridge, a washer/dryer and free wired internet in each of its air-conditioned Western-style rooms. Each simply furnished room has a wood desk, an LCD TV, Yukata robes and an electric kettle with green tea. Slippers are provided, and there is an en suite bathtub with a shower attachment. Maehama Beach is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. On-site parking is available at an extra charge. A convenience store is located a 2-minute walk away. Free-use internet PCs are available at the lobby, and there is a drying room for diving equipment. The front desk is open 24/7 and bicycles can be rented to tour the island. A breakfast buffet is available for an extra fee, and guests can enjoy their meal on the terrace if desired.
