"Pros: Breakfast? there wasn't even coffee. unless it started after I left, I had to go to the train station at 6 to see if my route was too flooded to go. and it was too flooded and I was stuck in Miyakonojo for another night Cons: hot water boilers, yes, but no cups, so, if I had brought instant coffee with me, which I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to make it. there is a convenience store across the street vending machine downstairs and also across the street at the train station are multiple vending machines." ~Martha

"Pros: Location. So convenient to the station. And about a 5-10 min walk to Aeon Mall. Also friendly, helpful staff. I don’t know if they speak any English because I speak Japanese so language wasn’t a problem for me." ~Carol

"Pros: Everything was very good, except the car park entrance. Cons: The parking entrance was very stiff. So our car scratched at the bottom. Even we've got a small car. Don't use the ramp with full loading!" ~Mark
