"Pros: I was checking in quite late, which was no problem. Everything was perfectly arranged for self check-in. The beds are well designed and clean, with sink and door to bathroom and shower in the same room. The common room had a hammock which I really liked. The kitchen seemed big and well equipped. The location was just perfect for exploring the city in one day.
Cons: The self check-in led to a feeling of being less “hosted” which was not a real problem though. I had a very kind man (manager?) asking me about how I am and how my stay was on the second day.
The only two minor things are that you’ll have to pass a building site on the way up (soon gone probably) and that the door to the shower was right opposite my pillow, so make sure to pack good earplugs."

"Pros: Great location, not too far from the station and central Nagasaki sights. Bathroom very compact but had everything we needed. Great to get slippers and robes. Bed very small for a couple, though!
Cons: I thought we'd booked breakfast, but there wasn't any on offer."

"Pros: Staff were helpful, the room had everything that I needed, a nice small bath and shower (wet room). Wifi was good.
Cons: The breakfast had very limited options for people that were vegetarian/vegan, though I am aware that the hotel seems catered more for Japanese guests rather than international tourists or business-people. The staff on the main desk were helpful but none had conversational English to help with queries, relying on a translation device."
