"Pros: All amenities and facilities were well provided for and the accommodation was clean. The bathroom and laundry facilities were well designed and there is plenty storage for luggage. The double bed and pillows were comfortable and towels were clean and fluffy. Cons: We were a family of four and the roll out mattresses for our teenage children were incredibly thin and hard. Both slept restlessly and were very stiff and sore the next day. We did have trouble finding and accessing the accommodation, as they have more than one location. You’ll need to have time to carefully read through all information provided - don’t rush your process of getting here or going through the check in process." ~Amber

"Pros: Washing machine and bathroom humidifier. Close to station. Cons: Despite requesting this numerous times, we never received the check-in procedures. The Google Map location is wrong, this wasted 45 minutes in the rain. Once we arrived at the right address, we were not able to get into the apartment. This took another hour to sort out with the help of a neigbour staying in the same block of flats. Completely unacceptable." ~Emarie
