"Pros: The hotel is not in any central location but Naha is not that big so you can walk. The rooms are nice but the staff is not doing anything to help. They will only say Oooo so sorry! but of course they will not mean it. We and some other couple arrived at 12 and checkin starts at 3PM. Bare in mind the hotel is not busy at all, probably not even half full. They didn't want to check us in unless we paid an hourly tax, of course no receipt available... The breakfast is also low to be honest, few choices, the only continental thing would be some scrambled eggs not cooked properly. All in all the rooms are nice but as in many other hotels the staff is not there to help, they are there to be paid and not to bother that you are giving birth in the lobby if it's not time to check in" ~Htudor

"Pros: It was clean, unique, and in a nice neighborhood, had nearby parking, a couple of the nearby restaurants. Cons: There was more street noise than expected. The bathroom setup was awkward to not have a mirror and sink counter together." ~Amy
