The hotel prepared a firmer mattress for me at my request. The room has a separate sitting room, a nice feature. Dinner is not haute cuisine, but well prepared, tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. Cons: The description mentions "ski-to-door access." This is not the case. The Furano resort is 8km away. The hotel was happy to drive me there and back daily, though." ~Adam
