"Pros: Spacious Room, Delicious food , Open-air sauna with view. it was giving all its best for the value. Can't even believe we got this with such a good deal. Cons: some of the foreign front-staffs are not providing very polite service to non-japanese guests(could be just my case), make me feel unmatching with the place's vibe and value. With this peaceful and traditional atmosphere, we are expecting the Japan's politeness at its best. Hope they can treat customers with more politeness in the future." ~Lwinthein
