"Pros: Hiro, the host was the highlight of our stay! he was so kind to pick us up and drop us off to the train station whenever needed and made for great conversation and advice for things to do around Nikko! and prepared the onsen for us every night we were there as it was very cold. the perfect way to warm up! there are two guest rooms and we felt like our space was very private and comfortable. such a beautiful stay with the indoor zen garden, cozy lounge area and traditional rooms. "Pros: The owner waiting for our check in although we are late by 40min. Overall I am satisfied with the apartment, rooms are clean, spacious, sufficient tea/coffee for us. 2 min walking distance to 7-11 shop and Masuya Restaurant, very tasty Japanese food restaurant. Cons: None." ~Kok

"Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Cons: We didn't realize how far it was form Nikko townsite but that is our fault. We loved staying here but there aren't many restaurants nearby that are open. Thank god for 7-11." ~Julie
