"Pros: Ski and boots rooms are cumbersome and I cannot understand how management employs so many people to man them. A modest investment would provide individual lockers for skis and boots like i many other resorts. Cons: Room bathroom is abysmal! How can a resort have rooms with such a tiny bathroom? Very uncomfortable. The hotel and restaurants lack a "Japanese" feel. Japanese restaurants obviously cater for foreigners and food variety and presentation is inconsistent. Service is erratic with staff unable to answer any question about the menu." ~Alberto

"Pros: Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times.
