"Pros: For our family, we enjoyed having the extra space for a week, compared to a hotel nearer the slopes for the same cost.
The netflix streaming TV was great for the kids downtime and WiFi was decent.
We were pleasantly surprised to have laundry detergent, washing up liquid and basic cleaning supplies already provided - though it would have been nice to have translation for the laundry machine.
The kitchen was stocked with basic utensils and cooking pans, which made popping to the 7/11 (5 mins near by by car) easy for home meals. We also really enjoyed the electric grill for Japanese BBQ of sliced local meats.
There were two clothes racks with hangers to dry our ski wear easily over night which was perfect for us with 4 pax.
We hired a car and found it very convenient to drive 10-15 mins too all the ski locations on Niseko.
Close location to 7/11 and the local cheap onsen next to the train station.
In booking, they answered all my questions with fast communication.
Cons: There was one pillow for each bed allocated and the ones in the main master bedroom were very thick/ big and we couldn't sleep on them.
The bathroom downstairs with the bathtub whilst appreciated, was very very cold - it could do with a heater (we moved the one from the bedroom downstairs to it though). We ended up just going to the nearby (5 mins by car) onsen next to the jr Niseko train station every night. That was fab and reasonably priced.
Normal cutlery knives and teaspoons would have also been useful!"

"Pros: Its spacious, and the heater is very effective. The location is quite good with very reasonable price.
Cons: No cleaning services during our stay for 9 days straight. We had some allergic dermatitis probably to the beds/blankets, not sure."
