Located a 5-minute walk from Ace Family Chair Lift, Kozue offers views of the forest as well as Mt. Yotei. The accommodation has heating and air conditioning and offers free WiFi access in all areas. It also features a seating and dining area. The Vale Niseko Onsen is 0.3 km from the property. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Kozue offers an on-site reception and concierge from 08:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, and the property staff are available to assist 24 hours a day. A flat-screen TV with Apple TV is provided in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment. There are several restaurants and bars within a 2-minute walk of the apartments. The property is located a 10-minute drive from JR Kutchan Station, while New Chitose Airport is 80 km away. Currently there is no reception during summer.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Kozue in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property requires a deposit payment. Instruction will be sent by e-mail after the booking. Guests who wish to use baby cots are required to make a reservation in advance. Charges apply. A room or apartment change may be required during your stay to accommodate your booking. Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment (subject to availability). If no bedding requests are provided prior to 14 days of arrival, all bedding will be set up as 2 single beds. Extra sofa beds may be added to some apartments (charges apply). Please contact the property for the detail. For guests staying during the summer season, please be informed that check-in procedures will take place at The Vale niseko, from 15:00 to 18:00. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Adults stay for ¥7,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
