Boasting ski-to-door access, The Maples Niseko is set in Niseko, a minute's walk from Niseko Grand Hirafu. All rooms feature a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries. The hotel features a cafe and a restaurant. Ski equipment storage, 24-hour front desk service and an on-site concierge are available for guests to use at their leisure. Hirafu Gondola is 7 minutes on foot from the property. New Chitose Airport is 81 km away. Currently there is no front desk or concierge during summer.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Maples Niseko in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property requires a deposit payment. Instruction will be sent by e-mail after the booking. Guests who wish to use baby cots are required to make a reservation in advance. Charges apply. Additional guests outside the standard number of pax per each apartment category, will incurred an additional cost of Y7,000 per night. A room or apartment change may be required during your stay to accommodate your booking. Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment (subject to availability). If no bedding requests are provided prior to 14 days of arrival, all bedding will be set up as 2 single beds. Extra futon bedding may be added to some apartments (charges apply). Please contact the property for the detail. For guests staying during the summer season, please be informed that reception is open from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests arriving after check-in hours (18:00) must inform the property in advance.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
